By accessing or using the StashKit website and its services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Accounts
The Services are intended for users who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction. StashKit currently does not require user accounts; however, if accounts are introduced in the future, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Use of Services
Our Services are provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that they will meet your specific requirements. You are solely responsible for how you use the output of any tool.
- Tools are primarily client-side utilities.
- Output is provided for convenience and should be independently verified for accuracy and fitness for purpose.
- We may update, remove, or change tools and features at any time without notice.
4. Prohibited Use & User Responsibility
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services. You are solely responsible for the data you input into our tools and any results you generate.
CRITICAL WARNING: Do not input any sensitive, confidential, or personal information into the tools. This includes, but is not limited to, passwords, private encryption keys, API tokens, seed phrases, financial account numbers, or any data that could cause harm if exposed. While our tools operate client-side, we assume no liability for the data you choose to process.
Without limitation, you must not:
- Use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the operation of the Services or any related systems.
- Upload or distribute malicious code, malware, or content that is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Misrepresent output as legally or professionally certified advice.
5. Privacy & Security
StashKit is designed with a privacy-first philosophy: tools generally run in your browser, and we do not collect the content you process. However, your device, extensions, or network environment may affect privacy. You are responsible for using the Services in a secure environment.
- Avoid using the Services on shared or untrusted devices when handling any sensitive material.
- Review third-party browser extensions and network policies that may access page content.
6. Third-Party Links & Dependencies
The Services may reference or link to third-party websites, libraries, or resources. StashKit is not responsible for third-party content, practices, or availability. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
7. Intellectual Property
StashKit, the StashKit name and logos, site design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for content you provide, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain any rights to content you input, subject to these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of Liability
StashKit and its owner (Kos) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StashKit, its owner, affiliates, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the owner’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
